Pricing Policies

Annual User Fee $250 - includes all software updates, technical support and hardware.

• Goods and services are billed upon receipt of order with net amount due in 30 days.

• Repackaging of manufacturer samples or existing stock is $2.15 per package.

• SportPharm Enterprises can submit claims to the private insurance and/or workers compensation insurance on behalf of the team physician and/or the organization for medications dispensed or administered by the team physician or team pharmacy. A $5.00 per claim processing fee will be assessed on all claims paid by carrier. Monies received in excess of $5.00 per claim will be credited to the club account.

• SportPharm Pharmaceuticals may issue credits for products returned in “reusable” condition according to the following guidelines:

  1. 80% of Average Wholesale Price (AWP) credit for original manufacturer and repackaged products with > 6 months dating remaining, (i.e. Z-Paks, Albuterol inhalers, Medrol Dos-Packs).

  2. 50% of AWP credit for original manufacturer and repackaged products with >3 months and < 6 months dating remaining (i.e., a sleeve of Vioxx).

  3. No credit for expired manufacturer products or repackaged prescriptions that are not in “reusable” condition or have < 3 months dating remaining.

  4. SportPharm Pharmaceuticals will be the sole determiner of what constitutes “reusable” condition. Current Red Book pricing is used to determine AWP.
