Due to the nature of our products, open or used items are not eligible for returns or refunds. If the product seal has been opened or the product has been used, we are unable to accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that refunds will not be processed until the returned product has been received and inspected. Once we receive the item, we will verify that it is unused, unopened, and in good condition before issuing a refund.
